  • Visit from Hunkute, Sidama Union

We're now releasing the coffee from Hunkute from Sidama Union in Ethiopia. It's a coffee we've been working with for many years and visited several times together with our green coffee source in Ethiopia, Nordic Approach. A few days back we had Tsegaye Anebo, manager of Sidama Union. At the top there is some picture, taken by our head of retail Jesper Hedlund. We were roasting the very first batch of Hunkute together and had a meeting about the general updates and the future. At the bottom of the blog you'll find the information about this years crop from Hunkute that is being released today.  ...

  • New Release: Bolivia

The fresh crop Bolivia has arrived to the roastery and we're now releasing our first few coffees - one from Gerardo Escobars farm and two small lots from Rodriguez own farms Alasitas and La Linda; one Geisha and one Java. Below is some general information about coffee production on Bolivia and an introduction of our producer called Sicafe belonging to Pedro Rodriguez and his daughter Daniela and son Pedro-Pablo. I have to start by saying that I have fallen in love with Bolivia, the people, the country and their coffee. Bolivia’s high altitude (the coffee growing altitude in Caranavi is 1500-2200 mail in Caranavi), the breath-taking nature, the coffee history, and the quality of the cup with its clear taste profile makes it a...

  • Updated boxes

You may have noticed that we have now updated the design of our boxes a little. Some general information about our coffee philosophy has made way for a more minimalistic look. The idea behind this is to the let coffee speak for itself more than before. Now only information specifically relevant to each coffee is present on the box as well as contact information, our hope is that this will shift more focus to the producers and each coffee’s defining qualities. We recently also charged the label of the coffee. Previously we used to market two flavours that we founded...

I byn Buesaco i Nariño levererar bönderna kaffe sitt kaffe dagligen.
