What we roast - sustainability and flavour
We frequently visit all of the producers we are working with, and together with them we focus on flavour and sustainability. We only buy coffee that scores above 86 points, and meets our internal guidelines on sustainability and traceability. In Stockholm we are roasting on a Diedrich 25kilo roaster, and every batch we roast goes through quality control within a week of when it is roasted. We are aiming for vibrancy and clarity in the cup, presenting the most we possibly can of the natural, unique flavours of the beautiful coffees that we receive from the producers we are working with.

All of our packagings is fully recyclable:

  •  the inner bag goes with the plastics 
  • the outer box with cardboard. You can also return the boxes to our café at Mariatorget, or our roastery, to be reused. 

We are roasting every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and shipping coffee worldwide, every day.
