    Kaffevärlden träffas ordentligt ett par gånger om året. För ett par veckor sedan var det stormöte i Melbourne. Nu är det dags för Europa att samla sig. Det är dags för mässa i Nice.     Took some time off, midsummer celebration all over sweden. Wedding fever both for me and the royal princess. What Chris and Madde missed out on was a Ethiopian washed typica variety called Wote. At the White Guide I got some questions from a reporter. She asked me what the next coffee trend was?       We are so happy that we are one of the great coffee bars nominated in the brand new White Guide Café.  Sveriges Bästa Caféer avslöjas snart – här är alla nomineringar Since the biggest news paper in Stockholm Dagens Nyheter  took away the price for best café in their annual Gulddraken for the best restaurants and bars Sweden and Stockholm has been lacking a price for the best and most innovative people and places in the coffee business.
