We are so happy to finally be able to share the 2023 harvest of Limoncillo with all of you. This coffee has become one of the staples in the Drop Coffee catalogue, and no wonder - it is a completely steady, comfortable and really good coffee. The chocolatey and round flavour profile is a favourite of many, and the Limoncillo really deliver on those notes, along with hints of roasted hazelnut and the sweetness of toffee. It will still be roasted to a light to medium roast level, so remember to use a high temperature, between 96 - 98 degrees when you brew it.
Limoncillo is produced by the formidable Mierisch family, whose work in farming, processing and sustainability we really look up to. Limoncillo has a nursery for their staffs' children and a lot of health support for the staff, but also its nature, with no less than seven waterfalls on the farm makes it unique. You can read more about them and their other farms here.
