Tamper Tantrum talk, Espresso: Letting the origin speak from the cup

This is a presentation we did at Tamper Tantrum in Prauge about our roasting philosophy, roasting equally for espresso and filter, and letting the origin speak (loudly) in the cup.

Our roastery is located in Rosersbergs Industrial Area, a five-minute drive from Rosersberg train station. We have been roasting all our coffee on our turquoise 25 kilo Diedrich, since 2013.
