Want to learn how to cup ? This is both the introduction to cupping and our laboratory sessions rolled into one at a special price. We talk about how the variety, environment and handling affects the taste of coffee and is a cosy basic introduction for the complete newbie to understand how to cup and to taste coffee.
The laboratory tasting session is the professional world of tasting and how we at drop select our coffee. We will guide you through step by step so you too can enjoy coffee evaluation.
The lasts for a total of 2 hours.
