Roasting coffee is a craft of art.
During this course, we take you through the process from the green bean up until the finished cup. Together we explore what affects the taste of the coffee bean when it comes to roasting and how we through the art of roasting manage to get out all of the coffees characters into the cup. Come join us as we show you how we roast at Drop Coffee Roasters. The roast evening is about two hours long and includes a 250g bag of freshly roasted coffee.
