This is the dried coffee flowers from the coffee trees. These where picked at the farm La Linda in Bolivia. Coffee flowers makes a bright and floral tea with intense flavor notes of jasmin. The flowers are picked by hand at the precise right moment so as not to compromise the development of the coffee cherry.
Grown without any pesticides, and harvested in September 2020. Packed in bags of 50 grams.
Weigh up 4 grams of flowers. Pour 300 ml of water at 90-93 degrees. Let steep for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
