    This is a rare chance to try two different processes and varietals grown at Carmelita farm!  

    About the Carmelita Washed Java:
    Flavour description: This coffee has an aroma of milk chocolate and pear. A well-structured cup with flavour notes of melted butterpear cider, and hints of elderflower with a finish of cacao. Expect an elegant coffee with light and juicy body.

    Drying: Mechanical for 46 hours after professor Favio Borem's guidelines with a quicker drying phase in the beginning and a slower process towards the end of the drying. 
    Roast: A fairly long profile landing in light to medium roast level. Roasted to present the natural characteristics of the coffee.

    About the Carmelita Anaerobic Washed Caturra:

    Flavour description: A fruity and chocolatey aroma. A complex and sweet coffee with flavour of candy floss and mature red grapes with lots of floral notes reminding ofbuttercup, combined with a white wine acidity. A long-lasting mango flavour in the finish. The coffee is creamywith a medium body.
