Take this rare chance to join our small, quality-focused team at Drop Coffee Roasters. We are looking for a new production assistant to work one-on-one with our roastery manager at our roastery situated in Rosersberg.
The production assistant is primarily in charge of packing coffee, packing and shipping orders, as well as assisting the roastery manager with daily and monthly tasks, including cleaning, inventory and deliveries. The production assistant will also continuously be trained in roasting coffee, with an aim to be able to cover during sick leave, vacations etcetera, but also with the opportunity to roast frequently.
No previous experience from working in a roastery is necessary, but successful applicants will have a strong interest in specialty coffee, a valid drivers licence, fluency in written/spoken English and legally able to work in Sweden. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in production or fulfilment work, and experience working with specialty coffee. Written and spoken fluency in Swedish is a bonus. Living close to Rosersberg, or within easy access to commuter trains are a benefit.
