    You may have noticed that we have now updated the design of our boxes a little. Some general information about our coffee philosophy has made way for a more minimalistic look. The idea behind this is to the let coffee speak for itself more than before. Now only information specifically relevant to each coffee is present on the box as well as contact information, our hope is that this will shift more focus to the producers and each coffee’s defining qualities.     We're getting some comments on our cups at the shop not being the traditional espresso cups, some positive, some not so. So I  figured that I should write a few lines about that. All of our coffee, from espresso and cappuccino to filter coffee, is being served in thin porcelain cups. The short answer is simply because we find more flavour presented in the cup that way.
